Anna  is an Agriculture Engineer by training with 25 years of experience in a fast-moving, cross-cultural, executive environment in the agricultural commodity and FMCG sector

Over 16 years she has lead, as a Senior Executive, international teams in European organisations and global multinational corporations. She was the Managing Director of two European organisations in Brussels and Paris. Before focusing exclusively on coaching and training she was a Global Vice President at Numico /  Groupe Danone.

Anna is passionate about developing the human potential of individuals and supporting them on their growth path. She has in-depth experience of cross-functional teams and consensus building in a multicultural environment and has worked with clients from a broad range of professional backgrounds – from NGOs to big corporations.

She is a certified CPCC Co-active coach and a certified AAC International Coach federation coach.

From 2010 to 2013 Anna was Secretary General and member of the Board of Directors of ICF Belgium.

Anna coaches and facilitates in German (mother tongue), English and French.
